What are acceptable payment options? 

All Payments must be made Via papal there are no exceptions. If you do not have a PayPal account there is an option to pay with your card without having to create an account. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before shipping. 

Do you accept returns or refund? 

Items cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final! In the event that you are not satisfied with your product please reach out to our customer service team and they will gladly accommodate you. 

Who can use your product? 

Deeper Than Skin is made for all skin types, regardless if you have dry, oily, combination, or problematic skin. Deeper Than Skin does not claim to relieve the skin of any diagnosed conditions, but we do recommend you ask your doctor of physician their opinion. Especially, if you have any question in regard to our products.

 Deeper Than Skin is not held liable for any reactions that may occur from using our products. Our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The efficacy of these products have not been confirmed by the FDA-approved research. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. When Can I expect my order?


Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. If you see no change in your order status please do not hesitate to reach out to us. In the event that there is a delay in our processing and shipping you will be notified via email and the update will be posted on all of our social media platforms. 

When can I come pick up my order?

As of right now all orders must be picked up on Sunday between 12pm and 2pm. In the event that you are unable to pickup your order the week in which you placed it please reach out to us. 

We offer pickup in Chesapeake, VA at Greenbrier Christian Academy and in Portsmouth, VA at JcPenny's at Chesapeake Square Mall. If picking up from Portsmouth, VA Please leave a note that you will be picking up from the Portsmouth location and we will personally coordinate a day and time with you.
